We have an opportunity as an Administrative Assistant that will support several business leaders. The professional must possess the ability to prioritize/organize and manage the workload, anticipate the needs of the leaders, communicate well with internal and external contacts and manage changing priorities with ease.
Responsible for booking travel arrangements, preparing expense reports with foreign exchange transactions.
Responsible for coordinating activities including: scheduling meetings, managing conference room usage, setting up conference calls and preparing for vendor/customer visits.
Provide administrative support and act in a confidential capacity.
Exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for gathering information, writing reports, and obtaining solutions.
Sign on behalf of business leader, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers, and other forms of consequence.
Screen incoming calls, correspondence and respond independently when possible.
Projects will require your utmost confidentiality.
Adept at utilizing the MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, to prepare presentations and working materials for management meetings.

Education and/or Experience:
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school required; Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
