Sales Leadership

Our sales leaders are responsible for one of the business segments shown below. Their teams sell across multiple verticals, or to one specific vertical, i.e. Communications, Media, and Tech. As a leader on the MuleSoft team, you will be challenged with driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales organization, and developing a highly productive partner network. You will have total ownership of all sales aspects of the business for the region.

You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings, including personally driving sales deals and contributing to MuleSoft's worldwide target bookings. You will develop and execute an account management plan aimed at ensuring 100% customer satisfaction/renewals and will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources as required.

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role, you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

Regional Vice President

As a First Line Sales Manager (Regional Vice President), you will be responsible for setting and executing MuleSoft's sales strategy within your specific region or territory and will report directly to an Area Vice President of Sales. You will assume leadership of a growing sales organization, which includes individual contributors to help drive growth in your region. In this role, you will plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.

You will coach your team to develop in their careers, and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.

Your Qualifications

Depending on the segment, the years of experience and skill set needed to be successful will vary from 10-15+ yrs of current sales experience, both as a Sales Leader and an individual Sales Representative within the technology industry. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
