This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with the experience and enthusiasm to help develop the next generation of Oracle NetSuite employees and have a direct impact on the practice. Professional Services (PS) Enablement supports newly hired and experienced employees. This role is central to acclimating new hires to the NetSuite environment and product, supporting the continuing enablement of experienced employees on the NetSuite application, teaching our customer engagement methodology and business processes.

The Enablement Lead will be a member of a strategic enablement program team and assist with onboarding and training new and experienced employees across numerous locations in person and virtually. You will also develop program content and supporting material for a new, global enablement curriculum and the various training projects that are provided to the practice.

Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to the growth and development of the program. Such activities include administering feedback sessions, revising program content based on participant feedback and new program initiatives, partnering with team members to ensure a consistent experience across all offices, and providing support as requested for overall Program operations. The position requires a strong, hands-on facilitator with solid analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop enablement program content by collaborating with subject matter experts, partners, and other members of the enablement team

  • Assist in the delivery of new hire onboarding and continuing enablement program and ensure enablement objectives are met

  • Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, and creativity

  • Collaborate with team members and within the Practice to execute training objectives

  • Identify and promote new training opportunities for the Program

  • Contribute to the development of new programs and/or trainings

  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the capabilities of NetSuite

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Experience in consulting, preferably in ERP software implementations

  • Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client

  • s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 1-3 years overall experience in functional or technical role. One year experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
