This job was posted by : For more information, please see: job id - 65909094The Dealer Sales Manager ll (DSM) will be responsible for increasing Small-Medium Business (SMB) penetration and sales into the reseller and copier channel. The DSM will work hand in hand with the Sr. Regional Sales Manager, SMB inside/outside sales support and Channel Leadership to develop strategies, provide ongoing feedback and make recommendations that are developed to not only achieve but exceed sales and budget goals for the division.Principle AccountabilitiesIncrease and improve sales volume with dealers in their assigned territory.Increase Brother's market share with individual dealers and their territory as a whole.Establish new dealers in areas within their territory.Responsible to meet quarterly and yearly sales budget numbers for the territory.Sales responsibility to include travel within territory - required approximately 75%. Of this time, 20% may be spent attending shows and events within the territory to support the dealers. Many events require weekend work. Events must not get in the way of regular dealer visits.Increase Brother brand awareness in dealer's by working with dealers to add and improve Brother branded promotions and strategies.Increase and improve Brother marketing in dealers.Plan events, coordinating product training and sales and promotion training.Responsible for proper sales and event projections. Adding all relevant work related information into CRM on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Manage and MDF/Coop or promotional funds in accordance to corporate policyWork with other departments; Credit, Legal, OMG, Traffic, and Warehouse.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business - preferredMust have at least 5 - 7+ year's related experience either within the company or outside selling to Dealers or similar accounts in the printing, computer, solutions or indirect channel area.for more details go to URL.
