Prepare daily petty cash reports and bank deposits
Conduct daily audits of petty cash, vault and cash drawers
Utilize booking system to perform administrative and management functions
Review daily sales reports and complete daily sales paperwork accurately, on time
Approve payroll hours weekly and within required deadline
Prepare/submit time adjustment forms weekly in Zenoti
Act as liaison between employees and Payroll Department
Distribute new hire paperwork and provide orientation to new employees regarding company policies, pay procedures and benefits
Communicate benefit and open enrollment information
Asst in maintaining a neat, clean salon and ensure compliance with all state licensing
Analysis of gratis and employee discount reports
Previous administrative or clerical experience in a fast-paced beauty or service environment
Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Team player with strong organizational and administrative skills
PC skills and strong math aptitude
Previous cash handling and payroll experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills to interface with all levels of employees, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Strong organization skills with ability to meet consistent deadlines and handle multiple priorities
Self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high volume environment
