UnitedHealth Group Sales Insights & Therapy Analytics Manager - Remote Nationwide in Schaumburg, Illinois
As a Sales Insights & Therapy Analytics Manager , you will be responsible for the management of analytical tools & reports used by the sales team, with a focus on enhancing business intelligence tools, leading a team of analysists to optimize & support therapy sales growth, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality to meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data requirements to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company.
The Sales Insights & Therapy Analytics Manage r will work collaboratively with the Director of Therapy Management to ensure analytical support is meeting the needs of the various businesses. You will be responsible for managing the therapy analyst team, to drive sales and profitability growth, and support various stakeholders across the Specialty and Infusion Pharmacy Sales Team.

Track and report on high-level initiatives, projects, & track growth
Develop insights to support “Challenger” messaging for the therapies (ie. drive Insights for our customers which sales reps utilize to strengthen sales efforts)
Understand the customer and the sales team to develop optimal targeting reporting
Present the Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Package to Sales Leadership
Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and discover growth opportunities; track progress of growth against these initiatives and opportunities
Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
Design and build technical processes to address business issues
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics
Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes
Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams
Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc
Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs
Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders
Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor
3+ years supervisory experience
Prior experience leading high-level initiatives, projects, & tracking growth
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
