Each Business Develop Manager will cover the selected geographic region for soliciting and receiving transportation orders. A large target account business can be gained throughout the country.
Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To The Following)
The ideal candidate will have experience in Remarketing, Wholesale auction, Rental, Dealerships, OEM, and/or car hauling transportation.
Securing sales for transactional business or contractual relationships
Securing new business opportunities on behalf of Montway thru the following sales channels:
Rental car company sales
Auto manufacture/OEM sales
Fleet companies and Financial Institutions
Placing outbound calls to prospective customers
Utilizing Salesforce CRM
Traveling and face to face sales calls with prospective customers
Strong presentation skills
Monitoring customer service levels for providers
Managing customer relationships and updates of orders
Negotiating transactional pricing, RFP and service levels
Providing, interpreting, and auditing various reports for customers as well as management,
Resolving customer service issues and providing excellent customer service
Follow up on securing payment for services
Other miscellaneous duties.
Basic computer skills
Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Time management skills
Ability to work independently
Clear communication skills
Able to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to function well as part of a team
Travel required for sales calls, quarterly sales meetings and industry conferences
College degree preferred but not required
Automotive industry experience
