Position Description:

Position Summary: This role will be responsible for organizing, motivating, and supervising the Inside Sales Team for their assigned territory. The Inside Sales Supervisor will work to ensure a team environment, working cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the Reyes Beverage Group beer companies to grow existing customers by meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Floor Supervisor will have full responsibility for the growth and development of the Inside Sales Representatives assigned to their department including: formal and informal performance evaluations, sales performance metrics reviews, sales process training.

People or Process Management Responsibility:

Supervising a team of Inside Sales call center representatives by monitoring their activities for the achievement of call center targets and goals.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Supervising the overall performance analysis of existing customers and programs.

  • Supervising and reporting performance targets for team.

  • Monitoring team performance to ensure that the call center goals are met while sustaining call center quality.

  • Conduct side by sides to measure and present the individual with feedback on their execution and productivity.

  • Executing opportunities to create cost savings and increase profitability.

  • Support the implementation of various programs for the improvement of call center processes.

  • Writing and conducting performance evaluations, suggesting employment decisions, communicating and executing performance goals and targets for assigned team.

  • Utilize metrics, individual team member’s performance goals and industry best practices to create an appropriate training plan for each team member.

  • Promoting sales culture that encourages and ensures staff and customer satisfaction.

  • Increase sales and average order size by supervising the staff for cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.

  • Work in and be supportive of a team environment while managing personal goals.

  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and provide recommendations to management team.

  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

Specific Job Responsibility :

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Business Intelligence software experience is preferred, experience with Cognos is a plus.

Position Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years experience in sales, supervisory experience a plus.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to adapt to new systems quickly.

  • CRM and Telephony system experience.

  • Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner effectively to all levels of the organization.

  • Strong decision- making skills and ability to resolve problems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
