Blessing Hospital VP of MARKETING & PLANNING in QUINCY, Illinois


  • This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Missions of Blessing Health Systems. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.

In collaboration with the Blessing Health System leadership team, the Vice President Marketing will be accountable for all functions related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. This position will be responsible for developing marketing policies, program and systems to support strategic direction and aligning marketing plans with organizational objectives.


  • Education/Training/Experience:


  • Requires a minimum of a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar graduate degree from an accredited college or university.


  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare marketing leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in health care/retail marketing and planning.

  • FACHE preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques

  • Strategic mindset with ability to make difficult decisions
