- Referral Management Specialist - Medical Equipment I:
To coordinate and process all required documentation in support of the physician’s order to ensure that the customer receives the intended equipment and/or supplies as prescribed without incurring unnecessary medical expenses. Ability to work on call rotation.
Referral Management Specialist - Medical Equipment II:
To coordinate and process all required documentation in support of the physician’s order to ensure that the customer receives the intended equipment and/or supplies as prescribed without incurring unnecessary medical expenses. The scope of this position includes all products and services associated with enterals, hospital beds, and wheelchairs. Ability to work on call rotation.
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy required
This position requires an individual with interpersonal skills conducive to positive customer and employee relations.
Ability to read, write clearly, follow and give instructions.
Ability to use calculator, computer and Microsoft Office a must.
Prior experience or on-the-job training and must be able to successfully complete orientation/training program prescribed by Denman.
