Aerotek Staff Engineer in Paris, Illinois

Immediate opening for a junior Water/Wastewater Engineer for the design and construction of water supply/treatment and wastewater treatment facilities in their Municipal Division in Paris, Illinois.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning, developing, designing various projects for municipalities and industrial facilities in central Illinois

Work closely with experienced Project Managers on a variety of engineering tasks from project planning to final design and construction observation

Develop project plans

Design of treatment systems, pump design, lift station design, shop drawing reviews, piping design, well design, client coordination

Working with the project team to identify solutions to design and funding challenges.


0-4 years engineering design experience with municipal water and wastewater engineering projects

If entry-level, must have academic coursework/projects in this area

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

E.I.T or on track to obtain E.I.T

Strong technical, oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment
