Smith Senior Living Maintenance Technician - Full-Time 1st Shift in Orland Park, Illinois
Full Time with rotating weekends.
Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician performs carpentry and painting tasks as well as outdoor maintenance including snow removal. Monitors, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Unloads delivery trucks and transports deliveries as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field
- Some plumbing or electrical experience preferred
- General knowledge of HVAC, certification a plus
- Solid computer skills
- Must be a team player while being able to work independently
- Must have excellent attendance history
- Must enjoy being of service to senior adults
