Job Description

As a Senior Digital Strategist within the Automotive Aftermarket Customer Communications & Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying emerging digital opportunities and executing strategies for the customer.

You will be the owner of the Digital Marketing Strategy for North America, and will work closely with Digital thought leaders both internally (domestic and globally) and externally to maintain strategic brand direction, touchpoint excellence and campaign execution. You will combine all the relevant marketing channels and platforms – from SEO to paid media, to content – into one actionable strategic plan.

In addition, you will be the owner for B2B/B2C digital campaigns based upon outlined strategy and business goals. You will collaborate with the product marketing teams, external agencies and with global subject matter experts to deliver the most efficient tactics for our go-to-market teams.

The Senior Digital Strategist focus areas have been broken down into the following functions:

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Identify & Monitor trends before they peak

  • Develop & execute the strategic framework

  • Drive User-centricity & Touchpoint excellence

Digital Campaigns

  • Create integrated and cost-effective campaigns

  • Work with advertising partners in creating a media plan

  • Measure ROI & key metrics and adapt to increase effectiveness

Social Media

  • Create social media content for different each product groups

  • Use advanced listening tools to personalize messaging and insights

SEM/SEO

  • Google AdWords Certification

  • Understanding and navigating Google Analytics

User Journey & Persona Mapping

  • User Journey studies & analysis

  • User segmentation & Persona development

  • Use tools to set up experiments and understand user behavior

Data Analytics

  • Develop dashboards for effective data visualization & empowerment

  • Integrate KPIs into relevant dashboard(s)

  • Touchpoint performance measurement

  • Campaign measurement & effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related focus, or IT with the added experience of go-to-market strategies, from either agency work or Consumer of Industrial Marketing

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Must have a high aptitude for an agile environment

  • Strong leadership working with a cross functional team of internal customers, external partners, local and international peers

  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

  • Preferred experience on Sprinklr

  • Utilizing applications like Google Analytics, MOZ or Google SEM, and/or others

  • Entrepreneurial, quantitatively driven & results orientated

  • Ability to make decisions under uncertainty & with little guidance

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to develop creative solutions to problems in relation to tactical and strategic project issues.
