Workforce Coordinator

This position is responsible for optimizing resources to achieve business objectives. Key functional responsibilities include planning/forecasting staffing requirements to include creation of optimal schedules and real-time management to support facility nursing operations. The ability to develop, as well as continual monitoring of the work schedules for the Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Nurses to meet care needs in accordance with regulations and company policy is crucial.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in post-acute care facilities.

  • At least high school education or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the principle of scheduling, staffing and ppd management

  • Must be able to understand and maintain staffing needs within regulatory guidelines with regards to daily staffing

  • Problem Solving: demonstrate ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions and provide recommendations for corrective action

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of computer systems

  • Possess the ability to travel when/wherever needed throughout the states we operate in

  • Have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actionsP

  • ossess strong quantitative, analytical and technical aptitude skills
