Responsibilities

n

Under direct supervision, assists other Business Systems staff with the implementation andmaintenance of moderately complex business systems. Supports other IT professionals withplanning IT projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame. Partners with senior IT leadership to formulate and define systems scope based on userneeds, a thorough understanding of the business systems, and industry. Ensures solutionsmeet or exceed customer expectations.

+ Supports other IT professionals with planning IT projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame.

+ Interfaces with system support and logs technical assistance requests as needed. Works with system support to resolve questions, problems, and enhancement requests.

n

+ Partners with senior IT leadership to formulate and define systems scope based on user needs, a thorough understanding of the business systems, and industry. Develops functional requirement documents.

n

+ Contributes to system development through the analysis of business requirements, business design, business development, client training, data conversion, testing, and maintenance.

n

+ Provides charts, diagrams, and recommendations for business solutions while ensuring conformity with other business areas.

+ Performs other duties as described

Qualifications

n

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university degree program in a prefered field of Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science. Other majors that are in a closely related discipline will also be considered.
