The Manager, Marketing Analytics will support the Enterprise Patient Services team within Patient Services.
This person will design, implement, manage, and effectively communicate the results of advanced analytics for the designated therapeutic area(s) with respect to Patient Services. This individual will establish critical foundational processes for designing and executing a data driven marketing and engagement approach to patients using statistical models. This includes, but not limited to: risk scoring modeling, patient engagement and preference modeling, and patient persistency measurement. This individual will have high level interaction with Patient Services Management, Business Technology Solutions (IT), brand partners, external vendors, and other cross functional stakeholders. Strong data science experience and a passion for creating meaningful solutions out of complex data sets.
Areas of focus will include the following teams: Internal MABI teammates, Patient Services Marketing, Patient Services Outreach, and Access & Reimbursement, AbbVie Center of Excellence, Patient Services BTS, Finance, and Brand Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Looking for an Analytics manager with hands on data science experience. Experience on
Work with Product Managers, Marketers, and a wide range of functional teams to deliver business solutions from large data sets. Must have the ability to cater results with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
Identify the value of data sets and have the ability to parse complex data for actionable insights. Should be able to develop a scalable data evaluation technique to role out to multiple brands.
Create and implement predictive and prescriptive data models to create a curated and catered experience for Abbvie Customers.
Develop and measure in Market tests to drive increased efficiencies or improved outcomes.
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methods
Create advanced measurement models in order to measure program performance holistically and granularly.
Drive leadership in data analytics strategy. Quickly identify relevant data for onboarding and develop a cost benefit model for different business units.
Deliver a scalable measurement framework to support long range planning and annual planning process.
Design accurate forecasts for operational planning for patient services team.
Utilize experience in process optimization to support Patient Services team investment optimization.
Leverage Pharmacy/Medical claims data, to model patient persistency, adherence, and compliance measurement.
Comfortable with designing algorithms for and advanced attribution modeling, considering lift in a multi-touch omni-channel environment.
Use advance data science approaches like Deep learning Neural Nets to drive the most value out of the data for the business.
Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Statistics, Economics) required, with a concentration in marketing/sales/quantitative analysis. Master’s Degree preferred.
5-7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing data; including use of this information in the development of business plans and strategies.
Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with all corporate functions and senior management
Strong data science capabilities with hands on modeling experience
Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem solving
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with/present to (verbally and in writing) all levels of the organization, from Product Managers to Divisional Vice Presidents.
Command of the following software programs (Powerpoint, Excel, Access).
Comfortable with Stats packages ex. SAS/SPSS R preferred.
Experience with database analytics SQL/HIVE/IMPALA
BI tool Experience preferred (Qlik/Tableu etc.)
