We are hiring a Traffic Coordinator for the Bradford Group!

What?s in it for you:

This is an amazing opportunity to add value to our busy eCommerce Team! This role is responsible for ensuring all creative requests move seamlessly through the work process from start to completion. Will manage workflow and process efficiency that supports the eCommerce creative and marketing teams' goals. Helps identify, define and develop workflow best practices. Develops and oversees adherence to file structure and other compliance processes.

Coordinates the workloads of the Creative team and traffic projects after intake through kickoffs/job requests, maintains and monitors work schedules to track and prioritize responsibilities. Schedules and guides the teams through achievement of these schedules and deadlines. Ensures that projects are completed on time and meet the requirements by skillfully setting realistic deadlines. Works closely with Creative staff and online/offline marketing managers to manage workload balancing to meet all project deadlines, project tracking and reporting, assembling assets for projects and version control.

Facilitates communication between the Creative teams and the marketing units.

Manage project database and reporting. Taking ownership of accuracy of the information. Maintain and update all necessary reports.

  • Creates detailed project schedules, sets deadlines and track deadlines to achieve set goals.

  • Distribute work to Creative staff based on resource availability.

  • Assesses marketing/project needs against Creative resources to manage and negotiate deadlines or recommend bringing in outside resources.

  • Identifies bottlenecks and possible workflow delays in order to address them without missing deadlines.

  • Assesses priorities daily to ensure Creative staff is up to date with deadlines.

  • Works closely with both online and offline marketers to manage expectations, coordinate and communicate business needed, timelines and creative availability to ensure efficiencies.

  • Serves as core contact for projects and communicate updates regularly to all involved to ensure key milestones are accomplished in order to meet deadline expectations.

  • Replies to routing inquiries; coordinates and expedites flow of work; initiates follow-up.

  • Maintains and improves job requesting and tracking tools (built with Smartsheet) in a department that's frequently evolving to accommodate digital business needs.

  • Develop best workflow practices.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

Education, Licensing, Certification, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business Management or related field.

  • 2-4 years of traffic management or project management experience with an advertising (agency or in-house), traffic management, creative department or customer services.

  • Experience with workflow/project management tools.

  • Experience working under continual deadline constraints.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be extremely organized with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.

  • Flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks.

  • Must exhibit high energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude and poise; be articulate and confident.

  • Must exhibit excellent customer service attitude at all times, and effectively represent the Company values.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications-Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Knowledge of project management tools/software.

  • Proven team facilitation skills to articulate a message to a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing, and can clearly communicate requirements, expectations, and deadlines.

  • Must be able to resolve issues tactfully.

  • Demonstrate a high level of understanding of all phases of design, creative and production in a digital/eCommerce environment to facilitate communication between businesses.

  • Ability to forecast resources, scheduling problems, upcoming projects based on project scope.
