Aerotek Customer Service Representative - Work From Home in Niles, Illinois

The role of the customer service representative is to assist with customer service and order entry for company products for the holiday seasons. This representative will spend the majority of their day answering inbound emails and calls and placing orders that are custom for clients.

Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service by providing clients with estimates on orders and identifying relevant solutions

-answering phone calls and emails about products or orders

-entering orders

-filing orders and paperwork for special orders

-Sending an email to customers

-special projects around the office

-outbound calls to follow up on orders

-Heavy computer work, looking up products, customer information and order entry

-First week of training will be in office. After that, this position will work from home.

-Must have internet and phone.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Office customer service experience

  2. Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and Excel)

  3. Typing skills

  4. Must have the internet at home

  5. Must have own phone to make and take calls from their system

  6. Must be able to start in the office for the first week of training

-Order Entry exp.
