We are currently hiring and if selected for an open position, you will begin working immediately upon completion of our pre-employment processProvides customer service support to Group Home representatives and Medline sales representatives.


+ Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and problems via phone and e-mail


+ Ensure customers are satisfied with issue resolution


+ Place orders, track shipments, and ensure orders are shipped on time


+ Maintain record of calls and note customers' records


+ Obtain appropriate documentation required to bill claims to third party insurance


+ Verify patient insurance, allowables, pre-authorization, and confirm necessary documentation is on file


+ Partner with internal Medline sales reps to onboard new Group Home accounts

+ High school diploma or equivalent.


Relevant Work Experience


+ At least 1 year contact center experience.


+ Experience billing or coding with Medicare Part B

+ Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste and save functions, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check and/or printing worksheets).



+ Basic level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and column width, sorting, inserting bullets, pictures and dates, using find and replace, undo, spell check, track changes, review pane and/or print functions).
