This internship will be partially remote but the hired applicant will be expected to come into the Mount Prospect office. Only local applicants will be considered.
We are looking for an energetic Business, Customer Support intern to join the Bosch Refine mySite team, a startup from Robert Bosch Tool Corporation to support our NA business & sales team. The intern will play a significant role in providing support to our customers, act as an account manager, joining customers meetings and support the team on managing the existing customers. She/he will also perform competitor analysis research in NA, identify potential customers (General Contractors), do product demos to new customers and create controlling reports to support the registration and onboarding process.

Support the day-to-day sales responsibilities
Contribute to competitive benchmarking and industry intelligence by providing summaries of key findings and trends
Support key customers to give support and checking-in
Provide product demo and onboarding new customers
Address new and existing customers inquiries related to Refine mySite
Build and create an efficient framework to register and onboard customers in NA
Lead generation through LinkedIn, webinars, virtual meetings and other digital channels

Refine mySite is designed for the people in the field seeking an integrated Lean Construction approach that lets them focus on building great things.
Current enrolled in or graduated within the past six months a Sales, Construction Management or Civil Engineering accredited, academic program
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience and/or background in Construction Industry
Desire to have Lean Construction knowledge.
Familiarity with Construction Digital Platforms is plus.
Curiosity and a deep desire to learn
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and a background check
