This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing day-to-day operation of one or more areas in Subscriber Services.
Required Job Qualifications:* Bachelor Degree and 1 year business experience OR 2 years business experience and 2 years experience in a leadership position with sound decision making skills.* Experience in developing/leading and inspiring employees.* Verbal and written communication skills.* Analytical and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Job Qualifications: * Knowledge of the health care industry.* Bilingual.* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
