Our client in Montgomery is looking to find a Bookkeeper. As Bookkeeper, you will administer month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. If you are a self-driven and organized accounting professional who thrives under tight deadlines with minimal supervision this could be the Bookkeeper role for you!

How you will make an impact

• Maintain sales tax records and creates and files quarterly payments

• File budget transfers

• Organize cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

• Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

• Report business license and gross receipts

• Sustain Accounts Payable

• Credit Card management and reconciliation

• Manage monthly accounting close

• Extra unique tasks if required

• Handle Accounts Receivable

• Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

• Prepare cash flow projections, as needed

Requirements

Bookkeeper Qualifications:

· 3+ years of accounting experience

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced setting
