The Resident Partner collaborates with Assisted living nursing team and older adult individuals in developing and implementing a plan of services to provide personal and household assistance and find a personal and meaningful conversation to make a difference in each residents day.
High School Graduate or GED , CPR certified
Ability to read and write basic reports and understand verbal instructions.
Clear and Courteous verbal communication skills
Strong time management and problem solving skills
Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language.
