The Product Owner Collaboration Services will independently drive the execution of our collaboration strategy across 3 pillars: communications, content, and work management. This job will enable effective collaboration for Zebra employees across multiple business units by identifying user personas and their needs, selecting and deploying tools, delivering highly reliable platforms and solutions, and reimagining and evangelizing how to collaborate in a constantly evolving marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Engages the business across Zebra to understand their business requirements

  • Continuous refreshes of the Zebra collaboration strategy, roadmap and blueprint to envision the evolving needs of the business

  • Measures the effectiveness of the collaboration strategy through Key Performance Indicators and metrics and showcases results to senior leadership

  • Prioritizes the product backlog to maximize value delivered, and provides vision and leadership to the Agile team(s) working on the backlog

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of successfully delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business

  2. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in at least one major collaboration tool provider, such as Microsoft (Teams and SharePoint), Zoom, Slack or Google

  3. Substantial track record of delivering technology solutions to meet the strategic needs of business operations.

  4. Experience with Product Management/Ownership; defining and maintaining product architecture blueprints and roadmaps.

  5. Seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and servant leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years’ experience working Agile methodology

  2. Demonstrated experience in product management discipline and working in Agile delivery teams.

  3. Experience working with globally distributed teams

  4. Strong planning and organizational skills.

  5. Demonstrated capability in categorizing end user types and working styles and translating that into technical requirements for proven solutions.

  6. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

  7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills at all levels of organization
