  • Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures.

  • Installs and performs preventative maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment (closing machines, feeder bowls, etc.) as required.

  • -Reconditions used equipment.

  • Troubleshoots hydraulic, automation, vision, and electrical systems on injection molding machines to ensure continuous production.

  • Authorized to take out of service any machine or equipment that is deemed to be unsafe or that would further deteriorate with continued use.


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • English Fluent Required

  • Spanish Conversational Preferred

  • Similar Manufacturing Maintenance position

  • Injection Molding Experience

  • Mechanical and electrical skills. Required

  • Ability to read blueprints. Required

  • Familiar with automation and vision systems. Required

  • Troubleshooting experience. Required

  • Knowledge of injection molding machine functions and controls. Preferred


  • Manufacturing environment. Some exposure to office environment.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to handle, or touch objects or controls.   • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

  • Standing/ walking for long periods of time.
