ProMedica Health System Activity Assistant in Libertyville, Illinois

HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. The Activity Assistant supports the efforts of the Activity Director in the assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing of recreational services to address the individualized needs and interests of the overall resident/patient population within the center. Previous experience in leading recreational activities, arts/crafts, intellectual/educational activities, community outings, etc., desired.
