Aerotek Sales Support Representative in Lake Forest, Illinois
The responsibility of the Account Specialist is to process external customer accounts to internal customer accounts. This will require attention to detail, professional phone and email skills, and excellent computer skills.
-Match key customer accounts from external sites to internal sites
-Utilize customer service and sales skills to locate external customers
-Create customer links within the system per customer/request
-Provide outstanding customer service
-Utilize computer skills to maintain accuracy and details
-Other skills as requested
-Manage and upload Distributor Sales Tracings monthly reports
-Maintain, update, monthly sales tracings tracking log sheet
-Contact Distributors for missing sales tracings or to resolve erroneous data reporting
-Prep Distributor sales tracings files received. Review for accuracy and format.
-Work on special projects as they arise
