Provides direction and supervision to Social Development management staff, as applicable, to include Social Development Manager, Center Shift Manager/Supervisor, Dorm Supervisors, Recreation Manager/Supervisor and Safety/Security Manager/Supervisor. Responsible to provide students with a safe and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Provides direction and supervision of non-class hour activities to enhance students' independent living and employability skills. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.




Associate of Arts degree from an accredited school required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum three years experience in program management and direction with a substantial experience working with youth. Department of Labor approval required.




Supervises and manages the Social Development staff and Department. Serves as the Acting Center Director in the Center Director's absence.
