As an Human Resources Assistant with this growing construction contractor, you will serve a critical, supportive role to the management team within operations.

Specific duties of HR Assistant can include:

  • Assist the Operations department with the recruitment process by identifying appropriately matching candidates, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews and coordinating next steps within the interview process

  • Assist Operations Leader with documentation and performance management procedures

  • Keep electronic hiring platforms up to date and in accordance with staffing needs

  • Assist with maintaining physical and electronic records of employees

  • Maintain calendars of HR related events

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

  • Assistant with maintaining pay plan and benefits programs

  • Assist with companies' social media platform and/or accounts

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests from leadership
