Key responsibilities

• Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents

• Data base management of all relevant documents

• Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload

• Provide support to attorney through all phases

Requirements

• Well-founded grasp of contracts

• Earlier work involving Compliance Risk

• Strong familiarity with ParaLegals

• Practical knowledge of HIPAA compliance system implementation

• Comprehension of Draft Agreements

• Wide ranging experience with corporate transactions

• Experience with Draft Legal Documents

• General familiarity with HIPAA-Regulated

• Previous experience working with Contract Compliance

• Contracts experience highly desired

• Foundational knowledge in Corporate ParaLegal

• Quality experience with HIPAA compliance patient privacy rules

• Good understanding of Compliance Risk

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of skilled nursing

• Proven knowledge of Commercial Contracts

• Skills in Draft Contracts

• Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

• Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
