Kelly Services connects talented professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant candidate for one of our top clients in Edwardsville IL!

  • Title: Administrative Assistant

  • Pay Rate : $14.00/hr

  • Shift: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday

  • Location: Edwardsville IL 62025

  • Start Date : ASAP

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Use desktop computer in the maintenance shop. (Office Suite)

  • Print janitor checklists

  • Print and order Canteen supplies for breakroom (cups and plates)

  • Gather info to place weekly janitorial supplies

  • Print new OSHA checklists for forklifts and collect old ones from the warehouse

  • Receive orders from ULINE, Office Depot and other vendors

  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs

  • Place calls to vendors as needed

  • Other tasks as deemed necessary
