Experience working with business data owners and subject matter experts, to identify and manage process and data requirements Experience in capturing business requirements, while managing user expectations (in line with change management) Experience in building and maintaining business process and system workflow diagrams Able to use Visio for diagramming, and capturing related detail requirements in a structured way. Knowledge of root cause analysis, problem solving processes, and able to present options with a recommended solution Experience in IT projects, with Design-Build-Test cycle, management of Change Requests Experience in an IT support role Demonstrate a level of change management knowledge, with a balance between curiosity, desire to define quality solutions for the business, and the pragmatic constraints within a project environment Demonstrate ability to keep a big picture, or end to end view, in mind while defining detailed requirements for a part of the solution Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Experience in MDM solutions, or any data related change would be beneficial Experience with Riversand software would be ideal Experience with defining reporting requirements would be usefulRose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
