Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

Senior Manager: Customer PR

Role and Responsibilities
Oracle is seeking an output-oriented and experienced communications professional to lead our global PR program for our key accounts. You will develop stories that showcase the achievements of the company’s biggest and most high-profile customers through an integrated communications strategy that includes earned, owned and paid channels.
The role requires a self-motivated and creative communications professional who is willing to develop a broad network among company executives and internal teams to source these stories.
This individual will have the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, and have a track record of generating results. Excellent writing skills are essential for this role.
This includes copy for press releases, blogs posts and social assets. The successful candidate must think and communicate clearly and be able to identify and develop a simple and compelling narrative, often from a complex briefing. This person will identify relevant stories that will attract the attention of external audiences.
Top responsibilities include:
Develop and execute a global communications program that showcases the work Oracle is doing with our largest customer accounts, aligning with global programs and messaging.
Coordinate and collaborate with PR colleagues around the world to share best practices and execute global campaigns. Expand on regional efforts where appropriate to gain maximum publicity and exposure.
Manage an effective partnership with senior regional and global executives and their teams, providing advice and support as required.
Participate as part of the key account teams to nurture and partner with the customer company’s communications teams and coordinate communications strategy into overall account planning.
Integrate programs with analyst relations, customer marketing and product marketing teams to maximize the value of each story.
Use customer stories as a key component of the company’s major media program.
Measure and analyze program impact and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of communications experience.
Technology or related PR experience that includes traditional and social media.
Experience in developing customer stories story programs, including direct contact with customers.
Ability to gain the trust of senior executives and navigate complex business organizations. Strong interpersonal and teaming skills and the ability to foster cross-functional teamwork and collaboration is paramount.
Exceptional project management and prioritization skills. Ability to apply a structured approach to defining, communicating, and solving strategic problems and opportunities.
Evidence of managing large projects across multiple countries.
Examples of developing integrated communications campaigns across PR and social media, including paid social.
Examples of content development including pitches, infographics, social posts, broadcast (TV/radio/podcast), and traditional media storytelling packages.
Strong attention to detail, quality of output, and the ability to meet deadlines should be fundamental.
PR agency experience preferred. In-house PR or customer reference experience also a plus.
