Kelly Services Quality Assurance Manager in Dakota, Illinois

Seeking a Food & Beverage Quality Manager near Rockford, IL on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspect of quality management, SQE, and HACCP processes and procedures. Pay: Negotiable based on experience & qualifications

Job Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Minimum of five years in a quality management role.

  • Must have experience in the food & beverage industry.

  • Hands on manager to ensure employees are complying with food safety and company production processes.

  • Manage and oversee employee performance, training, and all aspects of the quality department.

  • Experience with Food safety, HACCP, GMPs, and SQF.

  • SQE certification preferred.

  • Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and presenting data on concerning factor of business, and manufacturing problems.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of the maintenance SQF system.

  • Maintain vendor supply, quality issues, and negotiate pricing.

  • Facilitate meetings, handle inspections, and implementing corrective and preventative plans.
