We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Technician to join our team at our McLeansboro, IL soybean seed production location. Responsibilities - What You Will Do:

How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you!

  • Deliver training for our seed production process areas i.e. Field, Plant, Maintenance, Safety, etc.

  • Assist with scheduling, planning and preparation of training programs

  • Will assist in developing training programs with the help of the process area’s subject matter expert(s).

  • Track training program attendance and progress

  • Write, update, maintain, and train site personnel on procedures and policies

  • Control Approved Documents

  • Assist with training as our Corteva Agriscience Management System (CAMS) is deployed at our site

  • You can be effective in standing up and delivering training in front of a group of people.

  • You have proactive work ethic and good time management skills!

  • You value working as a team, are proactive, communicate concerns, and lead change. You are a peer influencer.

  • You can work independently, multitask, and maintain an organized workplace using MS Office and other, internal web-based systems.

  • You are adaptable to changes in business need.

  • You have your High School Diploma or GED.

  • You are also willing and able to lift 50 lbs. and complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • You are willing and able to work overtime hours including weekend work when required.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

  • No relocation offered for this role.

Preferences – It Would Be Great If You Have:

  • Technical procedure writing skills

  • Have worked in a production environment
