-Customer service rep "greeter" will sit at the main entrance at the branch and greet customers as they enter. They will answer any questions and direct them to the correct department. -They help monitor the amount of guests that enter the branch, they can only have 45 members in the branch at any given time. -They may assist with some bank teller responsibilities such as showing them to the ATM and explaining how to make mobile deposits -Key skills: Friendly, Approachable, Welcoming, Comfortable standing most of the day, Flexible schedule, Saturdays Required
