Job Description

Tech Lead, Evolv Group

Do you have a passion for designing and building innovative solutions that address real consumer problems? If so, we want to meet you!

As part of the Evolv Group, you will work in a dynamic environment creating digitally powered business models and entrepreneurial solutions in the food space. The solutions you create will have significant impact on consumers’ lives and be growth game changers for Kraft Heinz

The Tech Lead is part of an agile 3-person entrepreneurial team maniacally focused on finding solutions to consumers’ pain points in a specific area of interest such as convenient meals or nutrition. The person in this position is skilled at the design and development of digital solutions.

What will you be working on?

  • Co-founder focused on finding and launching new businesses that prevent future disruption

  • Identify and bring emerging trends and technologies that could unlock growth

  • Be the subject matter expert on the team in the areas of technology, design and analytics.

  • Significant decision maker within the 3-person team during the early stages on all aspects of innovation space (consumer insight, strategy identification, solution roadmap & development, etc.)

Do you have the right chops?

  • 4-5+ years of relevant product management experience that highlights PM expertise in multiple of the following areas: consumer, mobile, growth & social features, data science/model based features

  • Experience working at a fast-growing early stage company

  • Highly motivated, data driven, adaptable and resourceful

  • Ability and willingness to jump between the strategic and the tactical

  • Out of the box thinker and strong problem solving skills needed.

  • Demonstrated desire to understand why things work the way they do.

  • A passionate doer not a comfortable delegator

  • Ability to simplify and communicate technical information to broader organization.

  • Demonstrated resilience and can do attitude

  • Experience with Lean Start Up methods
