Kelly Services Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chicago, Illinois
Kelly Services is currently looking for two Talent Acquisition Specialists to work on site for one of our top clients in the NonProfit/Mental Healthcare industry located in North Side and South West Side of Chicago. This role will be responsible for building awareness of the organization and career opportunities through participation in job fairs, educational institution partnerships, community events and professional organizations. Managing the recruitment process which may include initial assessments, presentation of qualified candidates to hiring managers, interviews, selection, offer and follow up.
Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open clinical and administrative roles.
Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing to develop a talent pool.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in recruiting.
Previous healthcare or social service experience
Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
Must be able to handle high volume recruiting and multiple searches simultaneously.
