Job Purpose: This position is responsible for leading 24x7 operations infrastructure support services of all non-production and production environments in the area of responsibility; driving the use of analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions; driving incident resolution and issues escalated by vendors; transitioning knowledge from design / build teams; driving operational vendor performance management.

As the Manager of the Problem Management team, your primary responsibility is to lead the team of Problem Managers to track problems within our infrastructure technology and product, and identify areas of opportunity to improve the quality of product and service by applying preventative measures. We are looking for a Manager who is passionate about leading, problem solving, quality, and truly enjoys what they do. To be successful in this role, the leader will need to build respect and excellent working relationships with multiple teams within HCSC and lead the team to do the same.

The leader should empower the team to ensure there is timely identification and closure of problems, root cause is found in a timely manner and prevention is in place so the problem does not reoccur. All aspects of the work will be well structured and conducted utilizing ITIL practices adapted for HCSC.

Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in Information Technology. * 5 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations management and/or leadership. * Experience in of ITIL v3 framework. * Experience in ITSM systems. * Customer service oriented. * Adaptability and ability to introduce / manage change. Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment.

Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering. * Continuous improvement.* Positive team player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills* Experience with Service Desk technologies (e.g. self service / automation technologies)
