Position Description:

The Corporate Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor on all human resource needs to USG?s Finance and IT organizations. This position will work closely with multiple levels of employees and management ranging from entry level professional to executive level leaders. As a strategic business partner, the incumbent provides thought leadership on talent implications of the business strategy and initiatives. Provides counsel to the designated leadership team on employee relations and human resource matters. Coordinates closely with USG?s HR Centers of Expertise (CoE?s) and other human resource business partners to ensure a consistent approach across business units, aligned to other business areas when appropriate.
