Job Purpose: This position is responsible for providing business analysis and leadership to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency requiring leadership of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects from inception to completion; oversight coordination, and ability to implement projects according to dynamic and critical timelines; oversight of project teams, resources, and budget; and interacting with all levels of management including senior management. Supports the prioritization of Keystone Program activities and tracks progress to goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead major/complex cross-divisional and enterprise-wide migration efforts. Provide project leadership from the idea phase through completion, coordination and implementation of projects. Provide project level direction of technology design. Coordinate and document business requirements and implement necessary modifications based on operational needs. Align resources, determine solutions and process improvements and lead enterprise operational teams to achieve goals and objectives. Effectively manage project budget.

  • Interface with senior management across the enterprise to determine plans of action for the resolution of issues and adoption of new processes, policies and procedures.

  • Assume project accountability and ensure appropriate deliverables are met. Responsible for ensuring the needs of internal customers are met.

  • Influence process decisions and proactively identify solutions and the resources required to implement those solutions. Seek out ways to improve cost savings, eliminate process duplication and means to automate business.

  • Formulate action plans to develop and implement projects. Coordinate development of initiatives across functional areas to ensure accountabilities are identified and milestones are met.

  • Coordinate corporate resources and ensure adequate representation from key areas and all impacted HCSC plans is identified and secured. Ensure tasks and activities are in line with the strategic focus.

  • Determine reporting capabilities, track and report progress to management and for executive review.

  • Identify and comprehend marketplace needs and translate into action plans and negotiate agreement for implementation to impact business systems, processes, and services. Coordinate development of initiatives across functional areas to ensure accountabilities are identified and milestones are met.

  • Monitor effectiveness and success of new processes, procedures, products, system support and coordinate the fine-tuning efforts of project completion.

  • Ability to quickly learn and expand knowledge base to include, but not limited to, product lines, financial arrangements, operational activities, and enterprise-wide system functionalities. This includes the ability to write business cases and executive summaries in addition to effectively managing budgets associated with special projects.

  • Ability to establish strong and positive working relationship with core areas of the company. Relationships include working with executive level personnel, internal and external consultants, and enterprise-wide core areas of the company.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present information accurately and concisely both orally and in writing. Possess the ability to formulate presentations and deliver content to large and small internal and external audiences of all levels.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in prioritization of accountabilities and posses detailed organizational skills. This includes the ability to independently initiate activities with minimal direction and according to aggressive timelines.

Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience3 years of project management experience with large and complex multi-million dollar projects.Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions.Experience developing and delivering presentations.Problem resolution experience and skills.Negotiations skills.Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment.Organizational skills.Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully.Detail oriented.*PC proficiency to include MS Office products.

Preferred Required Job Qualifications:Health insurance or healthcare industry experience with emphasis on Product/Sales knowledge.Proven strategic thinking and execution.*Ability to drive decisions, create optionality and determine impacts of options.
