The role

The Team Manager role is a unique opportunity to join a robust management team and pave a path to success for their Solution Architect team. You will understand client needs that will drive growth in sales, and harness/develop the talents of our delivery team to ensure value is provided to our clients during our engagements. You will collaborate seamlessly with our PMO, presales, and sales team, to articulate the needs of your team, to empower and hire diverse talent, and to drive accountability with your associates. You will listen to the needs of the customer and pave a path to support the team’s success in delivery.

You will be responsible for leading and delivering on the overall project pipeline in your team/region, maintaining effective management practices that consider:

  • A timely response to incoming customer deployment projects

  • The most effective utilization of the team/resources

  • High levels of customer satisfaction

  • Identification of training opportunities and close collaboration with training team to enable a more capable workforce

  • A passion for coaching and mentoring team members

You will maintain awareness of the status of all active projects and act as a coach to your associates delivering on projects. You will become the key contact internally, representing your team, its status and needs to the wider Esko population.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • 5+ years in business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain. Experience in Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine) is a plus.

  • Experience and exposure in providing professional services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail customers.

  • History of working in multi-functional teams, collaborating effectively to achieve desired goals.

  • Understanding of services businesses, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and implementation methodologies employed.

  • Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification).
