Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in SaaS, IaaS and PaaS sales and/or consulting.
5 years of experience with Smart Analytics applications and positioning.
12 years of experience selling to enterprise customers.
Knowledge of the Smart Analytics technology stack and deployment options in the cloud.
Ability to build influential relationships and work in a cross-functional/matrixed environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start to finish sales strategy.
As a Smart Analytics Scale Specialist, you will be a solution sales executive within the direct enterprise sales organization, working closely with enterprise sales and largest customers to help them shape their cloud strategy and enable their digital transformation.
As a member of the Google Cloud team, your focus is on customers that want to run Smart Analytics workloads on Google Cloud Platform. You advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Manage accountability for Smart Analytics workloads on Google Cloud within the assigned region and/or vertical, direct customer pursuits, drive customer success through indefatigable embrace, activation and leverage of internal and external organizations.
Work with wider Google Account teams and Smart Analytics counterparts to drive demand and provide guidance to marketing/partners to develop campaigns. Build a pipeline of customers within assigned region and/or verticals.
Scale execution through core field sales teams (e.g. reduce time to first sale for new teams and new accounts, accelerate the velocity of complex pursuits in established accounts).
Scale execution through partners (both in conjunction with field sales teams in certain segments and independent of field sales teams in other segments).
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, influencing long-term strategic direction and acting as a trusted advisor.
