We also offer extensive benefits consulting services within our US business consisting of design, financing, delivery and communication of all employee benefit programs at the same high level of quality and expertise that you expect from Fidelity. We are reinventing the consulting experience for our clients through our commitment to responsiveness, expertise and accuracy. We are now expanding our consulting services internationally and are looking to expand our international benefit consulting business in the US.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • University Degree, preferably with a concentration in Language, Actuarial Mathematics, Finance or Economics

  • 7 years of experience in a pension and benefit consulting firm, with at least 3 in international benefits

  • Familiarity with retirement programs in multiple countries from a Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution perspective

  • Actuarial experience a plus

  • Overseas living and foreign language experiences a plus

The Purpose of Your Role

In this position you will be involved with selling our international consulting services. You will support by leading our junior teams to build out our international tools and offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing support on delivery of client projects across a range of services including international retirement, health and risk projects

The Value You Deliver

  • Becoming a trusted strategic advisor to multinational clients, including derivation of solutions and management of deliverables.

  • Supporting clients on their international retirement programs, specifically in connection with DC programs and their ongoing governance, financial wellness and global benefit strategies.

  • Supporting clients with their international risk benefit programs, including global and local plans

  • Maintaining, in conjunction with the team, new business tool kit responses to RFPs and RFIs for new prospects and participate in new business meetings with prospects.

  • Conducting research and preparing reports for client presentations.

  • Collaborating with internal business partners across diverse disciplines to develop and implement effective solutions on behalf of our clients.

  • Collaborating with our Managing Directors, Account Executives and Benefit Consulting team members to pursue new opportunities in a proactive, consistent manner.

  • Supporting the delivery of the international consulting marketing plan by working with our PR team to project manage periodic flow of information to the marketplace.

  • Oversight of more junior team members to deliver multi-country projects to clients on time and within budget.
