Key Supervisor Tasks :
Coordinate all Finished Product testing for Held Product.
Generate documentation needed for disposition of non-conforming product.
Manage held product inventory and communicate status with Warehouse.
Review Mondelez requirements for non-conforming product and ensure internal procedures are up to date.
Generate requests for donation.
Coordinate rework of held product with Operations. Ensure traceability requirements are maintained.
Generate reports that reflect hold status, finished product defect rates, and ppm defect rate.
Complete investigations for Serious Complaints related to Food Safety.
Identify, participate, facilitate or support Operations for Quality related RCA’s
Daily Support on OOS Issues, participate in DMS Meetings, Quality Representative for FOF Team.
Lead Kaizens to drive the Incident Eradication and Elimination Work Process.
Update Loss Analysis for QM Pillar.
Collaborate with R&D to drive QM loss elimination projects.
Aid in the Implementation of Corporate QA directives.
Review and update QA procedures on Team Site annually.
Track all training for QA Department.
Train and qualify all new QA Technicians and Sanitors.
Develop and deliver Quality Training for Team Leads and New Employees.
Audit traceability requirements and ensure that a successful mock trace is conducted annually.
Conduct Internal Audits as assigned.
Participate in internal/external audits as required.
Troubleshoot SAP Quality errors.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment.
Research and propose new analytical equipment and methods to drive improvement and reliability.
Order and maintain stock for Lab consumables.
Education & Experience:
BS Food Science/Engineering/Biology or other relevant sciences preferred.
Food Safety and Regulatory requirements
Identification and Management of Microbiological Organisms and Systems
An understanding/experience in lean manufacturing principles preferred
Certified Quality Engineer
GFSI audit certification
Analytical and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
