KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Proposal Writer to join our National Pursuit Resource Center.
Coordinate and support responses for large/complex proposals by partnering with KPMG's partners, teams and various internal KPMG groups
Create original content and synthesize tactical messaging in a clear and concise manner
Identify creative ways to present KPMG's value proposition supporting client pursuits
Translate identified messages into language that differentiates our position and addresses specific client needs
Lead pursuit strategy sessions to develop and refine creative needs; understand external influences and feedback, bringing content and story leading practices to each bid
Prepare scripts for videos, blogs, deliverables and build promotional materials as well as collaborate with internal design teams to ensure visual aesthetics and key story telling development are developed together
Minimum five years of combined experience in proposal writing, creative writing, content development or pursuits; preferably within a professional service firm or advertising agency
Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, journalism, marketing/communications, creative writing or other related degree from an accredited college/university
Experience conceptualizing, writing and reviewing highly creative executive summaries, scripts, promotional materials and other story telling needs tailored to influencing clients is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as narrative storytelling is preferred
Confident working in fast-paced, time-sensitive, corporate environment, dealing with executive-level decision makers and critical business issues
Financial Services industry knowledge preferred
