The Business Program analyst will be responsible for providing day to day support to the Head of Private Markets as well as the Sr. Program Manager responsible for execution of the Private Markets Program.As a Business Program Analyst, you will have strong organization skills, solid PowerPoint skills to assist with collating various presentations as required for stakeholder meetings. You will also be well organized and assist the Head of Private Markets to manage calendars and events across FactsetThe Business Program Analyst will partner within various members of the Private Markets Program team as well as the wider Private Markets leadership team and be capable of effectively communicating at all levels of the organization. The Business Program Analyst will also have a good understanding of Agile methodology, Project Management as well as understanding of financial data, particularly Private Markets. Must be able to work under tight deadlines and respond quickly and urgently to the needs of the program.Responsibilities:Support Private Markets program to accelerate delivery of projects by working with technology, content and product teams.Problem solving project issues across teams to find most pragmatic solutions to advance the agendaCoordinating workstream and participants to ensure ongoing alignment to strategic direction and roadmapDevelop digital roadmaps, project plans and help drive communication across the organizationHelping to ensure accountability for commitments, progress toward delivery, identifying dependencies and raising issues at early stagesProvide tracking of project reports, issue log and risk logsManage communication artifacts including roadmap, monthly stakeholder deck and other material, as neededProvide ongoing support for scheduling and running of large-scale team meetings and ensuring follow through on action itemsRequired Skills:Minimum of 2- 4 year's experience as a Business Analyst or specifically in financial services or technologyBachelor's degree in related disciplineStrong PowerPoint and excel skillsAnalytical, creative and strategic thinkerUnderstanding of financial products & content as a businessCan function in high functioning teams and be results orientedCan derive dependencies and work in partnership on clear deliverables with realistic assumptions and estimates to achieve successA passion to learnAbility to connect the dots across seemingly disparate areasGood communicator, both written and verbalFactSet is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender IdentityVEVRAA Federal ContractorRequest Priority Protected Veteran & Disabled Referrals for all of our locations within the stateThe EEO is the Law poster is available here.
