This role will maximize the value of our external suppliers and coordinate relationships between R&D, Supply Chain, and the product teams through the development of an SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) program.The role will serve as the conduit between R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Co-Packers and Quaker's suppliers to coordinate and manage key relationships with all key stakeholders.Accountabilities:* Partner closely with Global Procurement's (GP) Market Supply Officer (MSO) & COE Category managers to execute multiple Sourcing Strategies.* Identify and develop cost reduction opportunities while maximizing benefit to the business.* Develop and execute against category strategies and business continuity plans within categories of ownership.* Develop and maintain supply chain requests & timelines, coordinate escalations of orders between plants, suppliers and demand planning.
