Aerotek Legal Operations Admin in Chicago, Illinois
-Adeptly handle schedules and calendars, including meetings, teleconference and video conference coordination.
-In collaboration with other team members, seek to upgrade the department's filing and document management processes and systems.
-Billing is going to be a large part of their job.
-There are several steps that have to be taken when working with vendors and that is why the billing knowledge helps.
-Manage travel arrangements, including international travel using Concur.
-Demonstrate teamwork with other administrative professionals inside and outside the Legal Department in addressing issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Will assist with multiple projects throughout the year so project management skills may help
-Perform related duties as assigned, which may include timely and accurate expense report processing; budget preparation; preparing purchase requisitions; ordering products and services; and managing department office supplies.
-Prepare correspondence and draft various documents for review by attorneys and other professionals.
-Research various projects and topics as necessary and with guidance from other team members.
-They will be providing administrative support to as many as 7 people on the team
Hours: 8am to 5pm
-MS Office Suite
-High school graduate required (Bachelor's degree or business school courses preferred).
-Minimum of two (2) years of previous administrative assistant experience required.
-Solid knowledge of administrative procedures; strong verbal communications skills; excellent grammar.
-Computer experience including Microsoft Office Suite, Concur and SAP.
