Aerotek General Production Worker in Chicago, Illinois

Description:

  • Working on Flexo, Folder, Gluer, Corrugated, Down Stacker, Die Cut, Single Facer lines

  • Assisting operators with changeovers, setups, and startups of machinery

  • Loading and unloading machinery with materials

  • Following work orders to setup customer orders and specifications

  • Stacking orders and palletizing

  • Wrapping finished orders into bundles

  • Bundling finished cardboard and staging it for shipping

  • Manually loading and unloading machine

  • Using measurement devices for accuracy

Bundling cardboard into stacks off different numbers by customer order

Loading boxes onto the line

Skills:

corrugated, corrugating, tape measure, Assistant Operator, measure, packaging, set up machine, change over

Top Skills Details:

Read Tape Measure

Lift up to 50 lbs

Stand on Feet up to 10 hours

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have

  • Machine Operator Experience

  • Some type of changeover, setup, startup experience

  • Able to read a Tape Measure

Nice to Have

  • Corrugated experience

  • Falcon or Flexo or DRO Machine experience

  • Single Facer, Down Stacker, Flexo Folder, Die Cut experience
